For this project, we sanded and refinished the existing parquet floors in the building. Unfortunately, there were some damaged pieces that could not be salvaged. We proceeded to create custom parquet blocks using rift and quarter white oak planks. After sanding the floors, the natural color of the wood allowed the beautiful patterns to appear more visible. We used Bona classic seal and finished it with three coats of Bona Traffic water-based polyurethane.
